WEB MASTER :
Web master is a generic term for someone who manages a Web site. Large Web sites have several people working to maintain them. There are programmers who write the code, designers who do the graphic elements and content writers who generate the site's content. The Web master is a single point of contact for queries or complaints pertaining to the Web site. For example, many Web sites have e mail links called 'Mail to' that provide the Web master's e -mail address to report a broken link.
A Web master need not be a programmer, but he or she must have some understanding of the underlying processes of a Web site. For smaller Web sites, such as personal home pages, the Web master does everything. There are several Web sites that provide dedicated resources for Web masters to make it easier for them to design and maintain a site.
