MICROSOFT WORD    

Microsoft Word is a word processing software that is used for creating, editing, and formatting text-based documents. Here are some basic steps for using Microsoft Word:



Ø Open Microsoft Word: Go to the Start menu, select All Programs, and then click on Microsoft Word to launch the application.

Ø Create a New Document: To create a new document, click on the "File" menu and select "New" or simply press "Ctrl + N" on your keyboard.

Ø Enter Text: Once you have a new document open, you can start typing text in the document. To change the font, size, or color of your text, use the options in the "Home" tab of the ribbon.

Ø Save Your Document: To save your document, click on the "File" menu and select "Save As". Choose a location to save the document and give it a name.

Ø Format Your Document: To format your document, you can use the options in the "Home" tab of the ribbon, such as changing the margins, adding bullets or numbering, and adjusting the line spacing.

Ø Insert Objects: To insert objects, such as images or tables, into your document, use the options in the "Insert" tab of the ribbon.

Ø Review and Correct: To check your document for spelling and grammar errors, use the "Review" tab of the ribbon and select "Spelling & Grammar".

Ø Print Your Document: To print your document, click on the "File" menu and select "Print".

Ctrl + D: Font dialog
